    Honestly it's incredible what those scientists and engineers made to achieve this in 1969. We praise so much the people who actually landed on the moon but sometimes I think that we forget that they were assigned to accomplish dreams they never dreamt about, dreams that weren't even their dreams, that most of the hard work is from the people who built the rocket. Thanks again Hellblazer for yet another enjoyable video :D

      Going to the moon was a huge milestone to prove we could, and we are the only people to do so. But no country has a real reason to because there is nothing we can do there. We know what it's made of, there isn't a reason to go back.
      We could do it in 1/10th of the cost though, and I'm sure Elon Musk could get there in 2 years if he wanted to, but again, no real reason to.

    Very nice. I just did this in RORSS with TAC life support and FASA for 1.2.2. other than some decoupler issues that i had to fix, it works. the seperation of the command module bugs out and i fly way far away from the craft. The other decouplers do that too, but it works.

      Technically, No. The CSM and LEM were payloads on the Saturn V launch platform. By your logic the Hubble Space Telescope can also be called the Space Shuttle?

    • @geordanlemon
      @geordanlemon Před 5 lety +4

      @@modelrc9500 a Hollywood film that feels Hollywood-ey, makes sense. Well, it was a pretty dramatic undertaking, lots of things went wrong in Neil's life and they were sometimes catastrophic (that Gemini mission, for instance) so of course it'd be dramatic.
      Edit: Don't take that as me saying you can't hate it, feel free to, just saying I don't and hoping to inform you of why I think such. Good day.
