I think what AFO means for Abuse is that Endeavor is that in a way (even if it isn't for Dabi's perspective) Dabi still has to face one of the very reason why he ended up like that.
Shoto, for Dabi, is the Golden Child that he had to surpass just so he could get Endeavour's attention. Like someone who would remind him why he ended up who he is today.

im gonna call shinso and monoma,"villain of the villains".
what i mean is,shinso and monoma are like having a villain-like traits but working on a hero side and thats very unfortunate to villains in this episode.
like shinso-deceiving all for one through phone call and monoma using the quirk of kurugiri and sir aizawa's erasure to prevent shigaraki from using his quirk.and additionally,if monoma have his moment like this,he laughs like joker.thats why i call them both "villain of the villains"in this episode.

Yea, the finger thing is shigaraki's body. He evolved to surpass the quirk singularity theory. I wouldn't say it and spoil it if you guys didn't get the very basics, and with afo alluding to it in the previous episode.
Danger Sense is all about the intention to harm. Remember how 1A kept throwing stuff at Deku when they tried to bring him back? Danger Sense didn't go off once

13:27 "The finger thing", it's not a quirk, it's more of a physical manifestation of Shigaraki's body, that's why Ereaser Head's "erase quirk" doesn't affect him, that's why Shigaraki says that he used to think that Ereaser Head was cool, but now (since he can't stop Shigaraki with his quirk) he has disappointed him.
And Deku's danger sense does not work with Toga because, as we already know, what she feels for Deku is "love", any action done with those feelings is not considered "danger" for his quirk.
