Flippy have ptsd which mean he has a couple of episodes from war whenever he hear a gunshot he get reminded that he is at the war making his eyes colored yellow and his voice become deep. That's all I know but flippy basically can fight back even without his gun or knife I mean flippy is a veteran soldier plus if they do like something pop like the light bulb? He would probably having the ptsd again but not at least being washed by a water
