Well I just joined your station I used to have a 78-81 and an 84 Cutlass supreme one of the greatest cars I've ever owned obviously I'm only big fan of the Cutlass great job keep up the good work love the originality of it keeping it Old skool and as original as
4:43 I always say getting young children involved and teaching them the basics of work, will help them develop a work ethic, that will then help them become successful adults in life.
I had an 87 and 89 cutty. Super secksy body style. 89 was the first year for the single unit headlights although the previous models with 4 separate lights looked better IMO. Great job bro.
@@davelowets 87 and 88 had 2 headlights...84 had 4 single headlights...89 isnt the same. Im not sure what youre getting at....youre saying what I said just differently lol.
Maaaan.....damn....Sweet job on that paint!!! Shis! I have a 1974 Cutlass Supreme that needs a paint job. It has a full vinyl top. The color is Citation Bronze Metallic and the vinyl top is beige. From what I could see, there are no rust anywhere on the body, just a very few around the opera window on the drivers side. I purchased this car 7 years ago from out of Detroit Michigan. I live in Texas and I drove it from Detroit. The mans daughter told me that her dad bought the car new on June 6th 1974, when he was 71 years in age. He had it rust proofed two times, once on June-13th 1974, and again January 10th 1975. I have ALL the maintenance records and a written memo book of everything that was done to it maintenance wise. She also told me her dad never drove the car in the rain or snow. The car stayed in the garage covered-up. HE had a chevy pick-up truck that he drove to work and her mom did not drive. He passed away in March of 1978, and her mom decided to keep the car because it became nostalgic to them. They put the car in storage August 5th 1978 according to the daughter and the records in the memo book. They took it out of storage 2-2-2016 to prepare it for sale. I saw it @ a classic car website on 2-14-2016 and made arrangements to purchase it. I flew out of Dallas on Super Bowl weekend when the Falcons and the Patroits were playing. I watched the game from my hotel room that day. The odometer read 43,333 actual miles. The daughter said those are the true miles on the car. I left Detroit @ 8am that Monday morning and arrived @ my apartment in Dallas Tuesday about noon and did not have ANY trouble. Cruise control was set @ 75mph and it brought me home. I have been looking for the past several months for someone to paint my car. Every paint shop I visited has said there is a 3-4 month wait and some even longer. The car STILL had Uniroyal 14' factory tires on it. When I started to look for tires, they were extremely hard to find and I never did find any. Soooo, I saw on E-Bay four 15 inch 7 inch deep super stock rims for it. I had to purchase the "center caps" and the beauty rims. Would you be interested to pain my car? I don't know where you are located, but I could drive it to you for the paint job. See this car brought me from detroit and it will bring me to you. Are you interested? Today is 5/14/2023. I am an old Black man of 75 years in age. I'm old school. OOOH, I also have a 1978 Delta 88 Royale Brougham I got from an old lady three years ago. That car is loaded and the color is Carmine Red Metallic, half elk skin mahogany top. According to her son, she passed away December 1980 and he put it in storage also. When I got in it in Lansing Michigan to bring it home in 2019 the odo read 11033 actual miles. Lots of "old people" bought these cars, drove them for a little bit, some passed away, and their grown children put the cars in storage. I am always in the classic car websites and I see these cars for sale. Let me know if you want to paint my car.

A 1989 Olds Cutlass would have been a completely different body style, and would be a front wheel drive car.
