- Hey, everyone! Hope you're doing well. I decided to hop on the bandwagon of drumming reactions --critique me as you will :P -- with the slight twist that it's a reaction to a reaction of my drumming. @EugeneRyabchenkoDrummer of Fleshgod Apocalypse fame has a video critiquing series that I decided to throw my hat into back in November, and he was able to fit my video into the 10th video in said series. I was very surprised by the amount of praise he gave and I decided to react to his reaction. For me, it's always a learning experience, so let's see what happens! Hope you enjoy it!

This is so cool bro!
phd in computer science?!?! i could never imagine having enough dedication to do that but good job dude 🤘🤘
Thank you so much! Ngl, it's rough some days, but it's like drumming -- all in the timing lol
@@BenMichalowicz i started drumming about a year ago and it's a little hard because i'm saving up money for a good new set but it also tangles up with time for sports and time for school, and with me just starting highschool its even a bit harder
@@garrett2r I get that entirely. Elementary school and high school were (arguably) one of my drumming primes because that was 80% of my time (the other 20% was homework and some extracurriculars :P)
In undergrad, it was a bit harder to maneuver, but again, marching band helped out here quite a bit. Grad school is where it really hits hard because of timing and everything.
You don't need a good set (I speak from experience in the covers that either have since been deleted by me or that I missed when doing a cleanup haha) to sound good. Keep at it regularly, and you really will see improvements, even if it's for 20 minutes a day.
Will there be more drumming soon?
I have a few covers planned; I just need to make the time to do them 😅
