* Look up vertical gardens, many videos on that * containers work well on porches and balconies * window boxes for kitchen herbs * sprouting, can be done in the kitchen, and doubles food volume, adding fresh vitamin C and also vitamin A, if exposed to light and turning green.
* Maybe consider moving some place where you can grow your own vegetables and fruits, if that is an option for you. Certainly a better position to be in during hard times. * Foraging, learn one edible "weed" at a time, and learn about harmful look alikes. There is a wealth of edibles growing everywhere around us, IF you learn how to identify these plants, and harvest only some, leaving some to keep growing and replenishing itself. Foraging can and does save lifes, during hard times.
I have used them. Had to replace the hose when I couldn't take one of my attachments off. Here in Corpus the humidity tends to rust the end of the water hose, it's almost impossible to take it off.
@sandrathompson2219 I hear you. I was so excited about it and I was asking a family member if they ever heard of thus, they said they used it but with out hard water( SOUTH Texas) it basically corroded. So ... I guess I m not attempting it.
@@lorraineyanez4301, go to Home Depot, Sutherland or Lowe's. They come in Plastic or Metal. I had the backyard water hose Female and Male end replaced with the "Quick Connects". It was replaced in 2022. I will replace the hose ends this Spring. 🌱 🌼
