I needed this. I failed my boards 2 times and it hurts every time I get that paper with FAIL on it. But I have to keep reminding myself that each time I fail I am learning something. I am becoming a better clinician in my field. I’m going to keep trying till I succeed. 💪🏻

Failure is the best teacher in the world
I've been rejected today for my dream job with the reason that I didn't showed passion. I received the email when I was today at work, was not nice, I felt like the floor is moving under me... I cryed all the way from work to home and enough... I will not start to regret and worrying about what happen yesterday... instead, I will start to train harder and to invent tomorrow. I will become the athlete from my vision and they will hear about me, no metter how long will take I WILL GET THERE AND I WILL DIE LIVING MY VISION!!

Very inspring video. I think we tend to forget that acquring greatness is dfficult, and that in order to achieve our goals we must push ourselves, get out of our comfort zone, and dare to dream. We must experience. As the video reminds us, failure is what humbles us. It is is what reminds us of our purpose, our mission in serving the greater good. Too often, we hold the wrong values, disregarding what it means to be good and serving only ourselves. Failure is a constant reminder of the true nature of our purpose: something greater than ourselves.
Failure is just the fuel you really need to start your very drive to success land where all your lifelong hard work is pay off and is just waiting for you for all the at ease peace with all the rewards you so definitely earn for. Needed this thank you, I get down on myself at times when I fail but I'm learning to thank the bad days as well as the good b c I know they work out for my good, & many times when I fail I come back stronger. One of the things I say when I'm at a stuck point is, "I'm at a stand still but I'm still standing". i thought i was a failure being told given up for adoption bc my brith mom chosen drugs over me over my family but i got a family that loves me and then when i turned 14 things got worse with me and the family and i went through depression I didn’t eat I didn’t talk and then i lashed out in school and threaten my life and my family’s if they dont help me and then they sent me to my aunts and I’m doing better

A topic that I advise to my own subscribers. Many people will never attempt to achieve their goals. Fear and lack of motivation will keep at least half from the pursuit. But a huge amount of people will be pushed off the path to greatness because they will initially fail then quit. And this is the weeding out process. People will dip a toe into the water of attempt but will not fully take the plunge--be willing to fail repeatedly, especially when they know others are judging that belly flop that was supposed to be a swan dive. But failure is important. Because it shapes your craft. You learn from it. My second channel is doing better than the first one already because of mistakes I learned from. Failure should be where you learn your strategy, how to tweak it so it works next time. Remember--Thomas Edison not only failed--he failed about a thousand times before the light bulb finally turned on. If you really want to succeed, to be the expert, you will have to use failure as a tool, not an entity that makes you quit. Hope that helps someone out there. -----Charles
