Could I please know which type & brand of cheese slice and Mayo you used ? Also, how did you manage to cook those button mushrooms without them releasing their water ? Every time I cook mushrooms, they release a hell lot of water! (T__T)
dont wash ur mushrooms and buy ones that come in packets as they are cleaned in the factory

Hi Ismail, it's not about wasjing them. Mushrooms contain over 90% water in them. We only get the packet ones in Delhi. When we stir fry / sauté them on thge pan, after a while they start releasing their water content. In saransh's video, they didn't release any water (T__T).

Thats for extra-virgin olive oil.its ok to heat olive oil.
It's not bad to it, it's only when the. Oil gets so hot that it starts smoking is when it's bad. I think at that point the oil starts producing free radicals.
