Speaking of candies... have you ever visited the Daiba 1-Chome Shotengai at DECKS in Odaiba? They have a dagashi store there with oodles of options and a bunch of vintage arcade machines and a takoyaki food court at the back.

it's from an animal crossing Kuji/lottery from a couple of years ago! I thrifted it for 100 yen, but you can also find them on mercari for pretty cheap!
The problem with convenience stores in jp is that they are too convenient. All this goodness available to you 24 hours a day.
After finish watching this, I'll be heading to 7/11 near my place
