    Half a pound a week is roughly 0.00298 pounds per hour. That works out to about 26 pounds in a year which is not bad. Don't give up! A year from now you will be bragging

    You can do it, Ctazy Russian Dad! I believe in you. A healthy diet, a fitness programme with a Personal Trainer at the gym or at home and willpower will do the trick. Go there! Oh yes you can. I want you to succeed. Your health is your wealth.😂😅

    Keep it going! It takes a bit for your body to adjust, and your eating to get acclimatized. Eat more BACON! Fats are good for you. And, obviously, move. (I went through what you are and feel great)

    Are you counting actual calories? That’s the only thing that works for me. I tend to eat too much of everything even healthy food and I end up gaining if I’m not careful.
