A year and a half ago I was 267 pounds. Today I had my best weigh in since I started loosing weight. I’m finally under 200 pounds and this just got me some so pumped to loose even more and keep at my goal. Stay the corse my friends. Thank you for the motivation GRAVEMIND
Update
So I saw in the comments about an update so here is how things have been going. I am still kinda on the journey. I had shoulder 2 years ago and that was a huge set back but I am happy to tell you all that I have kept off most of my weight. And I also started doing martial arts again and my kids are doing it with me we have a competition in April and I’m hoping I can qualify for nationals. Thank you all for the support over the years brothers of CZcams. Sorry it took so long to give an update. And as always stay the corse my friends and be the best version of yourself you can be. And thank you for continuing to motivate me.
Good job 💪
Nice! I’m 275 right now, what did you do diet wise that helped achieve your weight loss?
@@frazierduran71 I started off with intermittent fasting. Working my way to longer fasts sometimes almost 20 hours without eating but I always stay well hydrated. Usually drinking a gallon and a half of water a day. I also added low carb into the mix and I workout regularly but I’m not going super hard when I do.
@@TheTitanKing-jg1xf Thanks 💪🏼
@@frazierduran71 Take thy time comrade.. and 'Do. Something. Everyday.' Make a declaration to thyself. Think of the outcome, visualise it.. become that person.. embody what it means to be that 250, 240, 220, 200lb person. But most of all.. be happy to start small.. but consistent. Consistency is key. Take a wee walk, but do it every darned day, fast for 16-20hrs twice weekly for a month.. but do it without fail, increase to 3 days for a month or two.. but make the plan for the entire month at the end of the previous.. evaluate what yedid that was successful and what was not. Be like water.. willing to adapt, go with the flow. Take what applies from the previous, remove what was negative and unsuccessful.. add what is uniquely thine own. Be successful in thine endeavour, put in thine all.. thy soul. Stay strong🤙
It’s important for all boys to have this kind of inspiration when they are young. I’m glad I continued to go to the gym as I got older
GRAVEMIND was my favorite 2020 discovery
Just finished with my scheduled run. Nothing special. A mile and a half. I didn't bother to time it as it wasn't important, but I can tell you I was SLOW. It was hovering just at freezing outside, and there was about four inches of snow on the track. (The sun was out thankfully.) I don't own a vehicle. My tennis shoes aren't made for cold weather. I was the only one out there, and no one but me gives a shit. Once I finished and was on my way back, slightly winded. I realized something basic. Something everyone knows, yet at times I believe isn't taking advantage of.
"The only excuses, are the ones YOU CREATE."
I'm not implying one can just push all mental barriers to the side with this notion in mind and do everything they've decided to accomplish. It's not that simple. What I mean is that YOU are the origin of every excuse that's ever held you back. That's persuaded you to do nothing instead of what you planned, or put it off till tomorrow, and the next day after. What's more, YOU are very well conscious of the fact that you build them from the circumstances in your life.
"It's too cold. I don't have proper shoes. No one else is outside running. I'm not a good runner. I'll probably get sick. People will think I'm weird/crazy/stupid. I can skip a day, it's not a big deal."
YOU also have the distinct responsibility whether you want to acknowledge these things, and act on them or not. But, I believe the reason we tend to is this. You trust YOURSELF more than ANYONE. Even as you DOUBT yourself or CONVINCE yourself of behaving meekly. What's more, there's no one in your mind to tell YOU otherwise except for YOU. You are the AUTHORITY.
So why not trust in yourself? Your capacity. That you know what needs to be done. To hold faith in your action. Instead of the excuses. Instead of the limitations YOU CREATE for yourself. Because of fear. Because of doubt. Because of others, and whatever else you habitually avoid.
It shouldn't be that hard. After all, you trust yourself enough to believe in your own excuses.
STAY. THE. COURSE.
Beautifully said.
I love how he kept it the 80s early 90s era. Kept it golden
had to watch this without the blue light protectant, to get the whole experience of this level of personal development
What is blue light protectant? Can my iPhone XR do it?
@@benebeling3575 I use monochrome mode bc blue light filter makes me tired, but it's good for dopamine fasting. Makes you more stimulated by natural colors
Dreams....are reality since you need to manifest it. But All is an illusion of existence.
GRAVEMIND= MASTER OF MOTIVATION
Awesome as always.
Let's keep it real though.
I've been bodybuilding for 30 years, training others for 8, and I've won 1sts in regional competition.
I've also practiced martial arts for even longer.
Neither of these things make me a 'warrior'.
A warrior is someone whose occupation is going to war. That's it.
Professional soldiers are warriors. They're the only ones that really deserve the title.
Most bodybuilders are this: hard-working narcissists.
We're selfish, self-obsessed, looks-oriented, insecure and validation-seeking.
Bodybuilding has given me the most that anything in my life has given me. So many opportunities and connections came to me through it.
But let's call it what it is. We're lucky to live in a world where we can engage in something so utterly frivolous.
Nothing wrong with that so long as we're keeping it real.
Now go grind, fellow narcissists, and may your workout today be awesome. ;)
I've listened to this about five times in a row and it stirs me up inside so much, tears flowing, chills thru my body, my time is coming, my time is now and I won't relent, I won't let up, pedal to the medal. I'm fired up!!!
LETS GOOOOOOOOOOO

Great Video man, Stay the Course!
The fact that this is three hours old and it's my first time seeing it pisses me off js #SQUAD #GRAVEMINDSQUAD
Practice workout in your mind the day before. It actually is the "secret fitness companies don't want you to know".
Imagine yourself being the person you want to be. There is no magic, no stupid "law of attraction" bullshit. You'll have an experience of the workout, you'll see yourself glorious and epic, working hard and pushing forward. You'll be hyped, you'll go to sleep wanting to get up and play the role of this hero you imagined. You'll do what kids do when they obsess over some subject. They either do it or imagine themself doing it.
respect for making this for the new generation's men
Great video! Always look forward to seeing what you have cooked up next! We appreciate you taking the time and effort to make these. They make a difference to a lot of us

THE BEST VIDEO
Smoking Joe Frazier had a heart of a lion! If you want to develop a never-giving-up & I-can-do-all-things attitude, you must become aware of the fact that you are not your mind nor body but a spirit enveloped with a body. Until conquered, our minds are our greatest enemies.
I needed this damn video!
