I love the fact that Awo Dansowaa spoke about the breast feeding, I keep telling my lady friends to breastfeed their children, the breast was made for the children and not the dad's. My daughter is not only healthy but smart and hardly fall sick, gave her breast milk and when she was ready to wean I made the food myself with loads of veggies. She never liked the bottled foods and yh I'm in the UK where these pre-made foods are everywhere. I love that I've made a healthy baby and she brings me so much joy, ladies PLEASE breast feed your baby's and make their food yourselves when they start weaning.🤷🏽♀️
Edith Quaye, my dear, we are on the same page, i had relatives bringing be stuff for my baby from Uk, but i told hubby for what she is eating noway, and Trust me i did 6 months exclusive and being cooking for her since. And its saved me hospital trips, She is so strong and active

Is true dear I’m outside Ghana and I have two children one almost two years and four months . First I introduce fruit and vegetables single purée till I realize that your baby have no allergies to them . Then you introduce cereals the same single then you introduce multi grain . With the vegetables carrots green peas broccoli chick peas potatoes spinach and fruit pear avocado apple banana Blueberry spinach then cereal oats rice barley quinoa lentils . So my kids are healthy always and beautiful . I’m really happy that this is introduced through this channel
