Nice homes but what about those who cannot afford how does one get to help those who cannot afford and the other thing is what else is been built in Ghana when will they teach the the youths to build their own trains i don't think you will be able to answer but i thought i will put it out there parying every Sunday is not going to help
We have shown homes from as little as 34,000, and the response was underwhelming with people wanting the features locations and convince of the most sought-after homes and locations for even cheaper than the so-called affordable housing, We all want the convenient locations facilities and great roads schools hospitals at the standard we are used to and that comes at a premium the world over, and is multiplied in a developing country facing multiple challenges in just about every area a country could. The truth of the matter is that it's a very tough move coming back to live in Ghana, but the feeling of freedom is unexplainable. A shift of expectations is definitely needed when returning, making an effort to be the change you want and spreading that around you imitate circle. Is probably the best you can do and hope for in such a challenging environment.
@@GhanaBound yes you are correct 💯 but the cheapest is not the cheapest for my brother's and sisters I would like to get involved with those that cannot afford to buy a house but the possibility is their for the poor to have a home in the meantime their children will have the skills to help each other in the future it can be done in the wider areas out from the concrete jungles / Accra Kumasi
Hi there are many contractors that specialise in that area building chamber and hall types of buildings that that section of the housing market like, I will try to get some on the channel to share this side of the real estate market with the diaspora. This section of the market is so hot that often enough people move in before they whole project is finished. The other side of this that needs to be considered is the many time people would prefer to build on the land they have room by room over a number of years rather than buy a building on an increasingly smaller size plot. One of the things all have in common is the locations they all want to be in, which for the most part is Accra, where the jobs are, which also adds to forces up the price of land in Accra. More opportunities for work need to be created outside Accra and think this will mainly be done by the private sector.
