Remember this it was a well known miracle I lived near Liverpool and it was remembered locally On one of my pilgrimage trips to Lourdes was where I think I met one of his relatives He went on to run a Coal business that took a fair amount of physical strength I believe

I believe my old parish priest Fr Richard Firth now deceased had close connections with Jack Traynor he may have been his parish priest once over . Fr Firth told me he went back to being a coal merchant after his miraculous cure fantastic Thanks be to God and His most Holy Mother 😃🙏🙏🙏
It's pretty sad that instead of helping this man to go to Lourdes, everybody, including his own priest, stood in his way. And then even worse than that, when he was cured, instead of people falling to their knees and awe and admiration of our Lady, they tried to stop him from walking and leaving his room. Just like the Pharisees didn't believe Jesus when he healed people. Human beings are so dull of understanding.
I watched this video with great interest.Do they realise that John fought in France and GALLIPOLI. And was a physical training instructor and that the government gave him a 100 per cent disability pension and never believed that he was cured and let him keep it,he used it to create a coal business.What a miracle,I'd say god looks at liverpool men,a priest asked him to pray for him be xouldn't understand why,weii there you go
