The upgraded Tigr 4x4 armoured vehicle with increased protection displayed at the Army 2018 defence show in Kubinka. The upgrade is based on combat experience gained during operations in Syria

American engines stopped supplying us at the end of 2012. So what kind of American engines are we talking about? GAZ engine is placed only on an unarmored version of the car. Today, the Tigers are YaMZ engines.

@@Mike-jy6lo That is not true. Russians currently use only russian made/russian built diesel engines yamz 534 - 4 cylinder 240 hp at 2300 RPM, on the tigers. This cummins bulshit is from the past. Nobody in Russia will put american engine, on their machines anymore. The engine is ЯМЗ-534.
