The penthouses are so big it’s always challenging for me to make them warm and this build is aristocratic and warm, can’t wait for the family to move in and hopefully see your story around it. Thanks so much for always getting it just right 👍! Also, I’m always happy to see your builds, especially this time of year! Your Sims4 voiceover series Lendi Empire is one of my all time favorites, especially the Christmas episode. I normally watch it around this time of year and always enjoy it no matter how many times I watch; I haven’t seen another voiceover series that beats it and I’ve watched plenty. Do you think maybe you can do a tutorial on how you were able to get the balcony to even out on the sides of the building? I’d love to replicate this. Also, what event was those curtains on the balcony in? I’ve been playing since 2011 and don’t have those. 🧐

Hi Joy! This is absolutely stunning! As usual, you. nail the designs! I can t get my balcony to act right with the width. it's cuts off and doesn't allow me to extend the balcony. Any guidance is most helpful. Thank you so much for sharing this beautiful glam penthouse! 😍🥰😍

Im trying to replicate this build but it doesn't let me do the balcony part as big as this 🤔
Me & my son is having the same exact issue. I’ve tried everything and it’s only allowing me to do so if I build a room under it. I won’t replicate it cause that part is too complicated
She built this is AR @@kellykellssz which allows many more lenience than regular the game .
Joy. I can't build balconies near the pool. The yellow line doesn't allow me to expand the balconies floor

I haven’t many keep asking her but she won’t respond to their questions. According to her she doesn’t glitch anymore so it’s not glitched . Hopefully she’ll respond and let us know how she did it. 🤷🏾♀️
I guess that what she did was building a 1x2 room in the middle, then building two balconies on either side without touching it, then she deleted the room and filled the space in between with another balcony. Don’t know if this still works, I haven’t played actively in ages.
@@ivanm8682 my son figured it out about a week ago. That’s exactly what she did cause that’s what he did and it worked. He did it for me and now I have the build identical.
