And it was a big FU to the haters who called Babymetal 'bubble gum metal' But it wasn't Babymetal who was upset but the person who wrote Gimme Chocolate. So he wrote Awadama Fever. Not random at all :)

(2) "Life is like a box of chocolates" - quote from the movie Forrest Gump
(3) “Papaya-Pok-Pok” = a Thai pun phrase meaning Som-tam, a Thai food made from papaya chopped and mixed up with all ingredients: chilli, tomato, garlic, palm sugar, lots of vegetable and others, varies by area and restaurant.
(4) “hot and spicy” = refers to one of “KFC”’s chicken flavors. Also slang in Thai for living the best of you.
(5) “I was Lightning Before the Thunder” = refers to Imagine Dragons’ phrase taken from Thunder.
(6) “Som-tam” = same meaning as (3)
(7) “Hanaka” = Name of an old Thai snack, slang word means something like "Amazing!"
(8) “Lazada” = Lazada is the number-one online shopping and selling destination in Southeast Asia and one of the biggest online shopping communities in Thailand.

I went to their concert in Times Square about five years ago or so. It was amazing. Packed Sony concert hall.

*BabyMetal* was originally created as a Sub-Unit of a school-themed idol group for women named *Sakura Gakuin. (さくら学院)*
They had several sub-units, such as:

*- Heavy Music Club BabyMetal*
*- Newspapers Club SCOOPERS*
*- Science Club Kagaku Kyumei Kiko LOGICA?*

The sub-unit *Heavy Music Club BabyMetal* attracted a lot of everyone's attention with their first song and video *Doki Doki Morning,* they did not waste the situation and continued with the theme until *BabyMetal* became independent of *Sakura Gakuin.* They gained international fame with the song *Gimme Chokko !!*
*Sakura Gakuin* has 12 members who some graduated each year and new members are received for a total of 12. *Sakura Gakuin* began in 2010 and continues to this day. Great reaction video! So happy that you are enjoying Babymetal. They have close to 50 videos out there because they have been a band for 10 years now (the girls started at ages 10-12). Three songs are absolutely must see in my opinion, Road of Resistance Live in Japan, Karate official video, and Megitsune official. If you want to see the early early days check out Doki Doki Morning and see how young they were. I show these videos to my granddaughters to let them see some "girl power" in the metal music genre, their daddy is a metal metal head so they have already been exposed to metal. But nothing like this! 😆

Fun song & reaction! The girls are a few years older in this video then when you last saw them in 'GIMME CHOCOLATE'. Yuimetal has moved on but Su-metal (lead singer) was 21 when this vid was shot & Moametal was 20. The other girl, Kano Fujihira, is one of a rotating group of 3 girls known as the "Avengers" that fills the 3rd spot. She was 14 years old during 'PA PA YA !!'. Kano is also in another Japanese idol girl group called "@onefive".

F.Hero was called by Kobametal (Babymetal's creator/producer) and asked about providing Rap lyrics for a summer song about Som Tam a spicy papaya salad. He thought someone was playing a joke on him. He could grasp that Babymetal even knew who was. It wasn't a joke it was real. He not only wrote the rap lyrics, he inputted to the song some Thai style tot eh music and the beat based on the pounding when making the salad
