Maybe that's why Alex and Justin Roiland are best buds, they have a very specific idea on how certain characters should be & nobody could portray it the exact way they wanted it. So they did em all themselves.
Neil DeGrasse Tyson as Smart Waddles is my absolute favorite. My favorite quote: "There is more to life than making fart noises and laughing at those fart noises."
You know, when WatchMojo listed Gravity Falls as their #1 show that adults & kids can enjoy, I sought it out to show my 6 year old daughter. To this day, that show is a staple for this household, so thank you for helping introduce us to Gravity Falls, even if we are a bit late to the game.

It goes to show how first impressions change over time. For me, when Gravity Falls first came out, I didn't think I'd like it so much. But the more I uncovered of it, the more my admiration for it grew. To the point it became a contender for my favourite cartoon of the 2010s decade.

I wish that Ariel Hirsch (Creator Alex Hirsch’s twin sister) AT LEAST got an honourable mention;she only had one line (she was in the episode ‘Boyz Crazy’),but she did so much for the show,such as: 1.Mabel is pretty much inspired by her (weird bright sweaters,hyperactive personality and easily boy crazy). 2.Her love of pigs and wanting one as a pet as a child,led to the creation of Waddles (the name came from the pet pig;that one of the other writers had). 3.Lance Bass guest-starring was her idea (she was an N-Sync fan-girl,check out their commentary on the episode ‘Boyz Crazy’).

I love gravity falls! I have been watching it since Iwas a kid and in total, watched the entire series over 22 times. Just never gets old.
