Akhilesh Yadav is an Engineer.I was impressed by his frank replies to counter allegations.He needs to communicate his achievements to the people.Some state governments are giving freebies like TV's,Mixies,mangalsutras etc but he is giving laptops and smartphones-which as the adage goes "teach them to fish rather than feed them fish"
