Split Second, while a Stefan Hatos-Monty Hall Production, was shot at the studios of CHCH-TV in Hamilton, Ontario, Canada, at 163 Jackson St. West in that city's southern fringe of Downtown.
Hamilton is the home of both the Hamilton Bulldogs of the Ontario Hockey League, embedded into the larger Canadian Hockey League(junior hockey), and the Canadian Football League's Hamilton Tiger-Cats. =P
