    for those getting unavailable on smart communication this is what I've do
    1st - remove all sims
    2nd put it on 1st slot
    3rd force stop google play store
    after that It worked, now it says globe telecom unavailable while the smart communication becomes okay
    btw, I try removing smart comm payment method but I cannot because I don't have debit/credit payment method.
    Edit: its force stop not disable

      thanks paps, idk bakit unavailable sa akin Xiaomi na phone pero sa asus fine nman. just needed to remove the smart billing from my google acc. log in my account to another phone and enable smart biling there, force stop my xiaomi phone and its enabled again

    I didnt wait 24 hours, i removed the payment method and proceeded to googleplay and added the payment method again. It works

    Only had one SIM Card and tried removing that sim but that did not work out for me. So I am gonna wait for 24 hours and hopefully am able to put mobile billing method again. will update tomorrow.
    UPDATE : It did work! It did not take 24 hours before I could set up the mobile payment again. This video was posted NOVEMBER 2018 and still work now SEPTEMBER 2021.

    It's works guys, ni removed ko ung payments method na nakalagay sakin tpos clear data mo ung Google play store and carrier services tpos pwede na
    Make sure na 1sim lng nka activate sa phone mo.. Tnx in advanced

    for me idont have to wait for like 24hrs it just took me 5mins all i have to do is to remove my smart payment method on googleacc then go back to the playstore to enable my smart payment method and it worked ty❤️
    Edit:If you have a dual sim just disable the other sim ywc🤗

      Yeah sims do deactivate because if sims are not used for a long time, they will try to delete that number so less will use their signal tower. Imagine if sims weren't deactivated. It will eat up signal so much that your 4g could become 3g.

    Thnk you po sa video na to,dahil dto nabawi ko ung 500 na load para sa battle pass sa genshin ko...napalitan naren ung playstore na globe billing payment to smart billing payment,....ginawa kolang po tinanggal kolang ung sim na globe sa sim 2 ko ,den ayun.     Hi The Freelance Channel, i had the same unavailable on smart communications, already removed it. But i have already taken out and put in the SIM in slot 1 and 2 (already in slot 1 now), shall I wait for 24 hrs after i put in the sim card or the time i removed from payment methods?     If you don't see a carrier billing option, keep in mind:
    Mobile phone billing is only available using the Google Play Store app. It's not available on the Google Play website on a computer or mobile browser.
    Your account with your carrier must be in good standing.
    If you use a device with dual SIM cards, make sure to put the right SIM card in slot 1 and leave slot 2 empty.
    Mobile phone billing is not available on rooted devices.
    Some mobile phone carriers can't be used to pay for subscriptions.

    Man thank god I've found this video i was kinda confused on why's my communication payment method was unavailable and then i tried the first method by removing the communication payment method and then adding it back again, and guess what, it worked such a life saver

    Since I removed it has been more then 30 hours it's never shown up again. I did one step by step. Talk to Carrie and even Google no one solve this issue. Even I totally format the mobile but still nothing. Now I have PayPal option also gone. When I talk to Google support they told me change the address to your home country. PayPal also missing. Just one option debit and credit cards.
    Even I remove that account and use different Gmail acc still same.
    Plz help me out if this....

    Kindly check your playstore now, i got mine enable just now :) if you still cant see any appearance of the smart billing communication just wait because they're processing the account you removed so that you can apply again for another account.

    I removed sim card first and then remove smart as billing option, now i cant add it anymore only option is add "credit or debit" it's been three days help please

    For those who have followed the steps but still can't see Smart billing as payment option, please try this:
    👉👉👉-> clear cache and data from the Google Play Store App then reboot the phone. Go back to Play Store and select payment options. By this time you should be able to see the Smart Billing option.
    In addition:
    If you are on DUAL SIM, be sure to put Smart SIM on Slot 1 and ensure that Smart SIM is also set as the default SMS sender.
    Be sure that you also have a regular load.
    I hope this helps.

      Yes! You’ll have to wait and try adding it again. If you’re using a dual SIM phone, be sure to set your Smart SIM as the primary SIM and the default SMS sender.

    When paying do you need to load your number first? Like load 20 Pesos and then you can buy a 20 pesos app or something like that

      You have to load up first and then make sure that you include an extra 12% load to cover the VAT charge.

    My sim seems to be deactivated because it has P0 balance do I need to load it again for the billing option to work again

      You can try to add credit but it might be cheaper to get a new SIM. But sure, you can try it first and see if it works, probably just add 10 pesos

    Hi if you Removed the No. does it cancels your ongoing subscriptions ?

      No. It doesn't cancel your subscription. It will be charged on whatever other payment option you have in your account. So if you have Smart Billing active and a debit/credit card, if you remove Smart, the charge will be taken from your credit/debit card. If you don't want to be charged, cancel your subscription before its new billing date starts.

    It worked but u dont need 24 hrs just restart ur playstore just go to settings then application manager, google playstore clear data and clear cache
