This week's nightmares are really magical. When I went to Asol with Yasuo I got: evolution+welcome gifts, stun power, legendary item power, explosive finale (has a strong synergy with Yasuo, because when you stun a unit, you put it out of combat) and windswept hillock with "summon 1 copy of me from the deck".

34:48 I think a good way to bring her to the path of champions would be with the half-goat unit that makes your units elusive if you heal them, since it would incentivize you to follow the heal plan, and maybe having an effect which gives the units "On round start, damage your units for 1 and heal your nexus that same ammount. This damage can't drop a unit below 1 health", that way, you are always healing your units. And maybe a "On turn start, summon a spring guardian", so you always have a cheap heal every time with the spring blessings, and for the higher stars, I think it would be good to give her the "If your units survive damage, give your unit +1 +1" for 4 stars, for 5 stars manaflow is good enough, and for 6 stars, something along the lines "When you heal a unit, drop the attack stat of an enemy (or all enemies, depending how strong the champion ends up. Also being posible to tone this power down to be an effect a during this turn type of deal) by 1 for each health point you got back. Units with 0 attack can't be targetted for this debuff", and have at some node the "Give the stopwatch to the spring blessing" to turn it into a burst heal.
It wouldn't exactly be flashy, but I think making Soraka a defensive champion would be a nice way to turn her into a deceptively powerful champion, which would favor her whole protect your units type of deal, since you could sometimes get hit on purpose so your units get drained and force more healing, and that would in turn make the enemies weaker. And would also mitigate one of the problems of Soraka decks, which is that units that have too much attack can force you to either trade your unit or receive too much damage to the nexus. (Another idea I had for that was to hurt the enemy nexus for as much you heal, but that wouldn't be a Soraka angle, it would be more of a vampire style of thing like Vladimir). I think it could be a really fun deck for control players, and really fit with Soraka's personality of a protector.

Regarding the ranked aram, riot has said before that they wouldn't do it, as that would most likely make normal aram become a "training ground" and ruin the "for fun" mode
yeah 22:22 i remember there was a time where i played Aram and people was so toxic that i install Smite to play aram since i didn't want that toxic people in aram. that was 5 years ago and i mainly don't play aram at all now
Gotta do the corrupted star gem or whatever it is that does "Support: Kill my ally and grant me its stats" on Mordekaiser. There's nothing quite as filling your board with pumped up mordes.
The problem with Ryze you aren't thinking about is that you start with a small deck and cards get items as you level up it isn't just 1 item like Fiora, but just having less cards than a normal deck with Ryze is already powerfal, it would need to be almost vanilla to not be broken and that's boring.

Absolutely disagree about Legendary relics, we do not need yet another way of power creeping path and making it pay to win, or at this point it's starting to creep toward pay to play the harder content

Hey Snnuy. All your talk about win cons and champions made me think about potential non-champions being available as either gag or alternative win cons as said champions.
Whilst most are not really available, its interesting to think about.
What would an ARAM constellation look like?
Same with say a bandle tree constellation.
We can avoid star spring as most likely anything you give to that should go to soraka instead.
Why wicked harvest instead CSF, it triggers more summon effects
More summons, doubles up on Indestructible, more Brazil drain, less Mord dying. All seem like good things.
