Bought the same Coleman. It came without a fly. Bought the fly and seam sealed the outside of every seam even though the inner seams were taped. First use, It held up in the very windy conditions but leaked terribly.
I have two of those decathlon tents that pop up they work real well but the material degraded very quickly less than a couple weeks an outstanding idea if they can make him a good material mine went through the peripheral winds of a tornado in did just fine
Nice. Only problems would be sturdy. If bent or break, how easy is it to repair

Pop ops are fine for festivals and fair weather. Wouldn’t trust them in poor conditions
I don’t know what you based out on I own one and it’s done everything I wanted it to do. I certainly wouldn’t take it mountaineering but it’s too damn heavy for that works great on the motorcycle repels water keeps the sun off me keeps the bugs out. If you haven’t had one of the new renditions I think you’ll beQuite impressed. I love that I’m tired in motorcycle riding all day I stop in within three minutes my tent is up!
Never can tell when weather will suddenly change . Pop Ups , it's a No for me.
