  • James Earl Jones Was BANNED From Every Talk Show After This Happened
Jones has one of the biggest movie repertoires I’ve ever seen. He made his acting debut on stage at the iconic Ramsdelle Theater in Manistee, Michigan, playing the titular character Othello. His acting was so magical that it won him a spot on the ABC anthology series Theater Five. He then made his Broadway debut in 1957, playing Edward the Butler in Dore Schary’s Sunrise at Campobello.

Before the war on drugs, the crack epidemic, the decline in literacy, the disdain for your original self. It's important to know these things have existed, because you can go back and regain or gather this information. It's important to know from whence you came and what people did to resist the status quo. It's a template to grow from. Historically through the present, black women have had more to be militant about. White women too, again due to invidious gender discrimination, but less so than women of color. James Earl Jones simply as a giant of a man has (after conquering his childhood stutter) relatively strolled through life making easy victories, alone for his height, brawn, baritone and geniality being the admiree of all shorter men, and attractive to women.
