    Never understood why someone over criticises sky. He might not have done well in odis but in this format he is clutch.

    • @rahulmodi8706
      @rahulmodi8706 Před 3 dny +7

      SKY has the toughest job in the team. If Indian top order do well, SKY doesn’t bat or he has a few balls to slog. But generally he comes in after Kohli is out for a little runs and has to be THE clutch player
      Problem is that when he doesn well it’s expected and when he doesn’t he’s blamed

      SA do have an ICC trophy comparable to T20 WC. It only feels bottling when India do it because they have such talents even in the bench, they dominate all the bilateral and group stage games and then choke near the end.

    Majority consensus wasn't against SKY anytime I think. He played one of the all time great knock against the Proteas in 22. That said I could read Jofra's thoughts like a book when SKY spent that minute looking around and Jofra went slow.
    Also Butler was psychologically dominating the bowling. If he'd waited another ball, this could've been tense.
    On the best team thing, (Tests) India cracked Australian pitches in the last decade and are competing on the English ones.
    (ODIs) Ok, either side of getting completely obliterated in bilaterals, Australia's WC campaign was legendary.
    The England (2019) was far more forward thinking and the English T20 team has always been more versatile.
    Australia's WC in Dubai had curious Toss-Win correlation.
    Though I guess this question will be best answered when India tour.

      @@JV369 I agree but if the sport is a business and revenue is something you care about then you have to invest in other potential markets strategically rather than just worrying about cutting your losses. The market for cricket is huge in the USA, especially because of expatriates from the subcontinent and the history. The market exists in all of the UK as well. There's history in the Carribean too which has lost cricket fans over the years to athletics of all things lol. BCCI, not India is holding cricket hostage.

    Just boggles the mind how Buttler keeps winning the toss, and keeps allowing the opposition to bat 1st in Day Games. And he just doesn't seem to be able learn! Had a Pakistan captain done the same thing throughout, he would have been accused of Match-fixing.
