So, from experience when building a home my garage was closer to about $55/sq foot. Our shells depending on size go for around 15-20, obviously not with concrete but add another $6sq foot. Really just comes down to how you wanna use it.
Our quotes depend on your needs. Typically a customer wants a shell delivered and installed with doors, windows, etc. concrete is done before we show up.
Do you necessarily need a slab? I have a dozer small enough to fit inside a 10' door but would chew up a slab. Could i just have a leveled pad set up or concrete blocks to set it on instead of a full slab?
Guys, I love your work but you have to do us here on the coast a big solid, please for the love of God be the first metal building company to offer "Seafoam" as an exterior color option (use BEHR's Pro e300/i600 paint color as a reference)! Not only is it my favorite blue for structures, it's quite common here on driftwood type coastal regions and I can guarantee you'll target a new demographic. Also, I'd love to see a video of the "Metster" model 30x30, it's layout gives off a solid multi-use vibe and would probably help speed up the permitting process for mixed-residential zones. @@bigbuildingsdirect about 5500 not sure how to quantify snow loads, we get about apx 50” of snow per year. Last year we got that in about 4 storms. Year before we had 40-50 storms and only 1” per storm.
We have pricing per everyone’s budget, and many people want to stay as cost efficient as possible and forgo colored screws in order to save money. It’s all up to the customer on what they want and how they want to spend their money. I appreciate you checking us out.

You can do ground install and use specific anchors
