A project in Richmond, TX located near Grand Mission subdivision. Video was taken 6/17/2022. According to a worker, some towers were originally installed at a slant by design. They are being replaced.

Do you know why they’re replacing lattice towers with poles? They’re doing that in my area since the freeze back in 2021
