As-salamu alaykum sister. The name of the dish is kibbeh. I wish I had my mother in law's recipe. Hers are very good mashaAllah. Washing dishes is the worst. I would love someone to come in and clean up after me.

It would be nice to not have to clean up all the time and just have someone else do it. (As I stare off in the distance and imagine that life...lol)

It's called Carbona, it's in a little Yellow bottle, they have it for different things so.you have to get the one for grease and oil
