Followed video step by step and you put the second washer in the wrong way around when re-fitting causing chuck to jam with bit in and not release! once put it back the right way around it works great! Thanks

Incase it helps someone else: Mine was seized up (just a strained motor sound and not much spinning) - ended up i didnt need to remove the chuck - just opened the main body, pulled out the gearbox with attached rotor - and blasted the stator with compressed air - got all the dust out of the windings - and then put it back together - though dont use an electric screwdriver as it was a bit tight and was seizing again - did it back by hand and its sweet as :)
