  • After tripping my power and not working I thought it would be good to see if I can do something about it.

Same here! somehow wetness has formed and thus disturbed the power supply. Every time I have dried everything and then switch on the Comfort touch, it takes less than 20 seconds for the FI automatic to trigger.

Hey folks, let's fix it together. Rebecca, how was your research going?
I have the same problem and in service I got the answer: it needs boiler replacement.

Hi, I don’t know if you’ve managed to fix yours already , but I found a tutorial in polish by a professional electrician and it shows there’s a simple fuse problem inside of the boiler. The guy says he has to order a new one, that’s why he doesn’t show the replacement process. Just watch for the visuals from 5:22. czcams.com/video/SKACVAzGyG4/video.html Hope it helps:)

Hi have you successfully fixied it?
My ComfortTouch steamer have the same problem as yours. I opened it up and the bottom part is also filled with calcium oxides. I am trying to clean the bottom plate, hoping it will work again.
