    Hi Ría, so I saw your recipe yesterday, and I challenge myself to make it, guess what!!!!? I made it almost perfectly, thanks for sharing and as always, keep up the great work ❤️🍴

    Making me drool over here! It looks so delicious. Growing up my grandmother always put a lot of pepper and made sure there was gravy to sop up with paratha roti. But we also enjoy it bunjal style with a steaming plate of dhal and rice. Good stuff, looking forward to more!

    RIa. I sometimes curry very thin/shredded slices of cabbage, carrots, onions, garlic and sweet peppers and when done add the cooked curried schrimps with it and serve it with rice, fried plantains and a salad. Especially during summer, a quick dish for a simple dinner with one or two friends.

    Shrimp doesn't take 20 minutes to cook. It's literally 2-5 minutes.

    as a child this dish was called "O Meat" because of the shape of the cooked shrimp. aah kids and our names for stuff. Great memories here, too many at home allergic to this now. Great video again

    Hey Ria, what's your all time fav curry powder brand? Chief? Kala? CariHerb or Taj? ♡☆♡☆

    • @CookingWithRia
      @CookingWithRia  Před 5 lety +2

      Astral Princess I don’t have many choices, esp in the area I live, but bought a huuuge bag of Cariherb? curry last year in Trinidad and that’s what I’ve been using. Can’t say I have a favorite as I’ve also used Chief and Taj with good results. Anything curried works for me, I don’t discriminate lol
