Most detailed comparison yet good stuff dude
Thank you, I'm glad you like it.
Working on a mega $100 comparison Stay tuned.
Well done, I won't be swapping out my Hexa anytime soon
Thank you, glad you liked it.
Agreed Hexa is still one of the best value for money.
Wow, great comparison. 👍
Thank you
So well described 👍👍
Thank you
Great descriptions! I’m upgrading from a KZ DQ6 and I listen to almost all kinds of music but I really like focusing on instrumentals and melodies. I’m leaning towards the Hexa after watching this video but wanted to know will I need a DAC to drive it properly? I’ll be using a lightning to 3.5mm Apple dongle with Apple Music. Also, how important of a role does the cable here as well?
Apple Dongle is good enough to drive these on apple devices
@@treblewellxtended Thank you! I discovered your channel through this video. You have some great content! Earned a sub! Keep going!
@@mrinaalkaimal9859 🙌 appreciate it
Bro i love my qkz hbb and my hyperx relvover.. keeping both in mind i wanted an iem with wide sound satge , clean vocals and rumbly subbass..i ordered the blon z300 hbb.Would u recommend these over zero red
Hey, I have not used Z300, but Red has more balanced sound signature overall and is one of the best IEM.
Now for BAS, do not count it for bass head satisfaction, it is good and has good rumble as well, but it lacks in volume as compared to some other Bassy HBB IEMs.
Thank you for share!
🙌🏼
Which model would you recommend for gaming? Not especially for immersion but locating footsteps and direction.
Both are at par. Hexa with wide bore tips is slightly better
Though I waited till the end for the winner, the whole video is enough to make the right decision, crisp and to the point description
Thank you
Bought Kz edx pro as my first IEM but not impressed with sound quality. I let people try it out they they said the same thing. The bass is harsh and not ideal for long listening i am using the flac format of the audio. Considering Moondrop chu 2 and tangzu wanger green. Which one should i choose ?
If you want slight bass boost signature with balanced sound Chu 2
If you like mids and vocals get Wan’er.
You are on point for KZ, the tuning is harsh and sibilant.
Do you think that the Truthhear Nova is an upgrade from the Hexas? How do you think they are different from one another.
No Nova is not an upgrade over Hexa, it's a upgrade over Zero. Both are very differently tuned.
If you want a clean, balanced and detailed IEM, go for HEXA. Absolute Value for Money.
However If you value Harma, fun sounding IEMs with good details, NOVA is your bet.
You can checkout Truthear Buying Guide on the channel, I have explained all truthear IEMs in one video. Truthear Zero Red giveaway is also going on there.
@@treblewellxtended Sure, I definitely am checking out that video.
Between the Nova and the Hexa which one do you think has better detail retrieval and technicality in general.
Also do you agree that the Hexas are warmer and good for long listening sessions.
@@prince5922 Hexa is better in detail retrieval by a thread.
Hexa is not a warm set, it’s on a bit leaner side. It is a fatiguing set for long listening sessions.
Nova is warmer in comparison.
If you had to pick one between these two which one would you pick?
And also i want an iem (an all-rounder) under 9000 price segment .
I listen to various genre music.
If you want an all rounder do not go for Hexa
Under 5K get Zero Red
Under 9k get Aria 2
Hexa is a bit lean of the two, so if you are not that into Bass, There’s nothing better than Hexa under 9000
Hope it answers
@treblewellxtended thank you for your valuable time and answer.
If I ask you between the red and aria 2, which one would you recommend?
As I said, I listen to various genres of music, but I frequently hear funk music (that doesn't mean I am focused in funk).
Get Aria 2, Bass on Aria 2 is faster and has better control. Plus the soundstage is better than Red, so you will be able to enjoy live music and Studio recordings better.
Lastly Aria 2 is more comfortable.
@@treblewellxtended thanks ig I will get the Aria 2 then
@@hperscpinus267 You're welcome. Do share your experience 🙌
What do you think is the best for around 9000-10000 above that may dominate othet price ranges?
Truthear Nova
Alr tysm
I’m more into hip-hop, rap, and Tamil songs!
Should I go for iFi audio go link or Apple dongle with truthear hexa or red??
Using Apple Music in iPhone and want to experience Hi-Res losless audio!
Replied over other comment as well in detail.
Apple Dongle is perfect for use however if you want more power, Moondrop Dawn pro.
IFi has QC issues.
Additionally, for hip hop Red is better choice, if you already have hexa and red.
Hexa is better for mid centric music, instruments, vocals and melodies
If you are planning to buy Truthear Blue is a better choice for hip hop.
Welcome to the hobby.
@@treblewellxtended Aight. But how do I connect the MoonDrop dawn pro with my iPhone(lightning port)?
I’m not in the place to spend more money on OTG cables!
@@sUdh1r_v_v If you don't mind may i know the final you are trying to spend as a budget
@@treblewellxtended For both DAC and IEM, I have total budget of 10k!
@@sUdh1r_v_v okay, my recommendation would be to buy a better iem first. A good iem always triumphs DAC.
You can take advantage of headphone zone combos
Go with this one for ₹9,499
MOONDROP - ARIA2 + HEADPHONE ZONE X DDHIFI
This will be perfect for your budget and preference.
i would like to buy a neutral sounding iem under 10k
i thought of buying hexa how you guys think
i rarely listen bass songs, other than that i like to listen all types of songs
can u suggest me any better or the hexas are great for neutral sounding
Hexa is immensely good, go for it, nothing like it under 20k for neutral IEM.
Blessing 3 is a direct upgrade to that.
thank you sir ♥️
I'll buy it soon ♥️
@@Sabra-su9bz Do share your experience with us
okkkk sir I'll share ❤️
Which headphones would you recommend for a bass guitar player to use on stage?
You want Headphones or IEMs? And assuming you want slightly elevated Bass profile.
@@treblewellxtended I want IEMs
@@oguzcanklvr
Get Moondrop Aria 2 if your budget is around Hexa
It has a very accurate bass profile.
@@treblewellxtended Unfortunately, there is no sale in Türkiye
@@oguzcanklvr May I know what your budget is, I can check accordingly
which IEM would you suggest under 11k in India?
May I know your preference of music?
@@treblewellxtendedsame question as him, a bit of bassy music, live streaming and gaming
@@instajoshi69 Simgot EM6L in this budget, however I would suggest saving slightly more and get Truthear Nova
@@treblewellxtended wouldnt the mp145 beat both, if i up my budget
@@instajoshi69 EM6L yes, Nova neck to neck. However, Supermix comes in picture as well if you do that.
great video
Thank you, glad you liked it.
should have included prices, on aliexpress hexa is 95$ meanwhile zero red is 55$.
Nice suggestion, I will include it, in upcoming guides. Did it in buying guide though.
