(People I go to church with flew to the Philippines on a missions trip and they had Halo-halo, roasted a pig over a pit and took turns turning it, and rode in a jeepney. 😮😅

One of these days when we meet, I will cook you a Filipino feast. Not sure if I can make roasted pig over a pit LOL...but I can definitely cater that hahaha. Hugs!

Thank you so much Cordelia! Pork adobo is my husbands favorite! You can't go wrong with lumpia which is a staple here in my household. I keep them in my freezer ready to fry. I haven't had Spanish bread in a while, but the next time I go to my filipino store, I will have to get some. Thanks so much for watching!
