Could you tell me which one is correct? As per my experience, as I know a petroleum oil containing an emulsifying agent to make it mix easily with water, used as coolant for metal cutting tools.

Hydraulic oil is correct..... Because cutting oil only used with water in rolling mill or other Machiening processes
