It was very helpful to see the wrong methods in addition to the right methods. Sometimes knowing what not to do is more helpful than seeing only a perfect result!
He was still spraying a little too close. Keep like 10 to 12 inches away and do like 3 light coats with 5ish minutes of dry time between them. Mine came out looking like perfect frosted glass.
Thanks mate for your tips very helpful, I would suggest maybe going vertically with your spraying motion only because the the way your doing it you are getting overlapping marks where extra thickness of paint forms so go up and down instead, end of glass to end if you know what I mean. Yours did turn out good second time round just by changing your method, awesome effort 👌
Again, I like the way you leave the mistakes in there. It turned out nice in the end! I also need to do some security on my workshop but I like to see what's going in in the garden, so I think I'm going to opt for some roller blinds instead. Mind you, I've been saying that for about 6 months. Soooo lazy!
You even went too fast in the second attempt. Slow down, and use small sweeps. You don't want it looking crappy...the finish is horrible. You would have been better off buying new curtains as it would have been cheaper... Keep trying though...👍

Needs a mess n or 2
I don't know what he's doing

Very much appreciated. I'm about to spray a window the same size as yours so it's good to know the best technique.
Thanks for showing your mistakes! That was super helpful to see what not to do, and to also see the technique that did work!
Excellent demo. Thank you. Great tips too!
Thanks for spending to time to share your experience
I did the same mistake and it was too bad. This videos was extremely useful. It worked great.

Thanks for sharing. VERY informative video.
Very helpful, thank you for sharing
Very helpful video, thanks:)
Don't keep the nozzle depressed on the can all the time. Spray one way, let off and spray back the other and repeat.
Great vid very informative
Thank you. Most helpful,

I thought I was on for about fail but I’m happy how it turned out. Hopefully someone can learn from my mistake and it can help them out.
Thanks for the help!
Thanks for the video!
great idea 👌
Very helpful, cheers
Looks like it came out pretty good man. What country are you from? I’m in the USA.
Would this work on plastic freezer drawers to hide cracks?
nice keep it up
As with any spray paint, shaking it from time to time between sprays will yield better results.
I just bought this at Walmart. Was wondering if people can see inside and also not even a shadow?
Was it difficult to remove? I've heard oven cleaner and acetone works?
Does it hold up against direct sunlight?
Looks difficult! I have to do this on individual panes on a window!
Would people able to see inside? Like not even a shadow?
You can buy frosted film, would be better than spray paint for a window like this.
Does it scratch of easy? Was going to spray it on doors near handles so thinking of finger nails, rings scratching it off.
Just watched another video and he could just scratch it of with hist fingernails...
What is the best thing to use to remove it. I had some tenants do this qho have now moved and need it removed.
Just a paint scraper which has the Stanley blade built in. Comes off really easily.
Acetone
I did mine two weeks ago not happy so so I have to scrap it off?
Yes easiest way is with a scraper which uses a Stanley blade.
@@thebeginnersworkshop3094 actually it’s not window but lexan plastic
Your adorable
Thanks Shannon
@@thebeginnersworkshop3094 awwwww your welcome
I don’t think I’ll bother
Dude: Use short sprays
Please watch the whole video 😊
Worse product I've ever used. No matter what you do will always look patchy. Cheap waste of money. Your better off using a plastic frosty sticky sheet
Holy crap man, watch some videos on how to spray paint correctly first.
You even went too fast in the second attempt.
