actualy the main pump rear is travel controlling a right travel motor and swing and arm, if see my video i am mentioning where and how if you have problem about the pressure you can do the same what i have done on how to know the pressure low or normal

Question what section of the main relief was adjusted ? Because if i recall correctly according to the manual there is high side & low side adjustment
bro sorry about late responce ok regarding about your question, bro the relief valve, if you look on the relief valve you can the small hose attached thats the low side and the adjuster was locked by number 30mm lock nut and the adjuster is number 24mm to adjust high pressure clockwise, reduce pressure is counter clockwise ok
Hi sir machine is PC300LC-7. Problem is only boom not operating. Rest all operations are operating.please advise.
bro if you understand about hydraulic system,at back of control valve there is small valve attach at left side if you are under the machine and facing at swing sight left side that valve have 3 allen bolt,remove that valve and clean reseal

insfect mo muna ung mga sable ppwede ksi n un ang maging problema, pwera nlang n humina n pressure nya kahit ok lahat ng sable mabagal p rin ksi nga mahina pressure, kung may pressure gauge kyo check nyo pressure pra sigurado, basta sigurado mga sable ok lahat, kailangan nyo n mag check ng pressure, kpag mababa pressure mo arround 350 gauge n 400 bar, or kahit 300 nlang ang lalabas atleast makakapag adjust k s main relief valve mo

I dont know what do you mean about riding pressure, high pressure 350bar, or 5000psi, 35000kpa, pilot pressure 450psi to 500psi

Hi bro ihave 220-7 proble speed slow
low speed many reason why it become low speed, first maybe the speed control is not functioning to speedup, try to press the botton to change hi or low to know if the control is working or not., or the speed solenoid, located under the control valve or maybe it can cause of low pressure where all the function of machine slow meaning its low pressure.
or if you want you can try to put direct 24v supply, if you see under the control valve you can found there the manifauld of solenoid, then from the accomulator count from the first solenoid up to number 4 is the speed solenoid, put direct supply #4 solenoid and hung the travel motor one side at a time check it if the speed is functioning.

bro palagay ko may problema ang main pump pressure mo, ano b pc 200 anu dash 6 ba o 7
usualy kpag ganyang problema nagiging unbalance ang pressure ng main pump lalo n pag s travel mo naobserbahan ang hindi pag steer ng machine, ang front pump 1100 ang pinapagana nyan, ay LH travel, boom and bucket, ung rear pump nman RH travel, swing at arm, pero kpag travel nag pinapagana mo nag switch on ang merge divider pra mag individual ang mainpump s left and right travel

check the fuse bro maybe the fuse for machine controler is busted check it
@@caterpillarjhunhunk checked the whole. just specialists came, at the beginning the excavator raised the boom, the bucket performed slowly, they removed the autonomous distribution valve (they removed the pack of cigarettes) then the bypass valve one from the bottom to the other did something else from the top and in the end it stopped moving altogether, they left because they don’t know. and I don’t know where to flatter
