Hey guys, soooo funny! 🤣 Elenya, once cooked, water is released from all those ingredients - zucchini, mushrooms, spinach and the meat sauce. Good on you for cooking healthy food while camping though! Awesome stuff!

The raw spinach added to the water problem. Salting the zucchini does help, you could have browned the zucchini before baking it.

I spent a lot of my childhood camping out at Fanny cove. Grew up on a farm not far from there. Love Esperance, my hometown. One day I hope to get back and enjoy the best beaches in Australia again.

You both crack us up. I loved the look of that zucchini lasagna. The salt on the zucchini is actually to take the bitterness out. Once it slightly softens you need to dab it dry with paper towel. I only just learnt this too.

Have you seen the video clip of the UK quiz show host who can’t keep a straight face whilst asking a question about Fanny Schmeller (he pronounced it as ‘smeller’)? It’s bloody hysterical.
