I birthed both ways. Both require strength, love, selflessness, courage. Nothing to belittle. Boths ways of giving birth have their pros and cons. And giving birth is also the easiest part of parenting 😆 How you give birth doesnt say anything about your parenting success.
I did an emergency C-section with my first, and then with my second I tried vbac but failed and ended in an c-section. If I had it back, I would have just did a planned C-section. Proud c-section momma here too! I pray to God we can have a 3rd and it will for sure be a planned csection.
I’m about to have my 5th baby & 5th C section. My first & my 4th were emergencies while my 2nd & 4th were regular scheduled C sections. With this one I have a placental complication so it will be another scheduled C section. Praying all goes well for you! Thanks for sharing this video. It’s so good to find a christian mom who is talking about c section birth this way. ❤ I’ve had 2 c sections and in some ways I’ve always felt like I’m missing out on something so beautiful but I have so much peace in knowing God saved my babies and modern medicine is such an amazing gift. 🥹🤍
I'm pregnant with my 5th baby (5th c section). I can't shake the feeling of disappointment and shame I feel about not being able to birth and feel empowered around my birth. I would never feel that way about another mother but that's how I feel about myself :( at the same time I of course feel absolute gratitude to G-d for what he has given me. Your video feels like an important message from G-d. Thank you and G-d bless you and your lovely family. ❤️
Just dropping on to give some love. Due to a traumatic birth, I was unable to breastfeed as my body was recovering so I felt shame and guilt about that but as long as our babies are healthy and happy I suppose it doesn’t really matter how they got here but I can understand your feelings though my circumstances were different. It’s sad for us I suppose, I always dreamed of those magical moments of breastfeeding but after 4months of trying my milk never came in and I still feel frustrated about that sometimes and think I should have kept trying or done something different but I’ll never know, I believe G-d will give me that one day. They did recommend a c-section if I were blessed with another baby so perhaps I’ll be able to fully understand one day but for now just giving some love and saying things don’t always go the way we expect but I believe G-d has a plan and purpose and everything is as it should be. Congratulations on your 5th baby, what a blessing. Much love, Mama. ❤

Thank you so much, it is nice to see a sister in Christ who had c sections too and be so positive about it i had my second c section this June i tried for a Vbac also and it failed i was really sad my baby was to big for my pelvic he did not descend down (Macrosomia) but I thank God that we are fine you encourage me that i can have more babys even if it have to be a see c section when God decides that this is the way we should deliver our children then Gods will be done.
