Kyabje Shechen Rabjam Rinpoche emphasized the significance of Guru Rinpoche to our country and his role in introducing and spreading Vajrayana teachings in our region.
Rinpoche noted that Bhutan enjoys peace and harmony, unlike other countries experiencing conflicts. Dujom Rinpoche mentioned that the first Druk Gyalpo, Ugyen Wangchuk, fulfilled a secret prophecy of Jamyang Khyentse Wangpo by building the Guru Nangsi Zilnon statue at Bumthang Kurje. This is the reason why our country is enjoying peace and harmony.
