My daughter found 3 puppies exactly same situation.
She taked care of them for 3 month.
Now I'm proud to say they are,healthy and with 3 new loving families.

In America a judge just sentenced a 13 and 15 year old boys to a supervised living center until they turn 18 and are reevaluated and the out come is good otherwise the judge will then put them in prison. They set a kitten on fire. It wasn't supervised living center it was what we call juvenile hall .....jail for kids.....

I'm a big fan of Korean's rescuing dogs and cats. They investigate the crime scene where it happens and talk to local folks to determine what happens. The doctors and rescue team are amazing. God bless the folks who found the puppy.

That is the cutest dog I've ever seen. Siwol is really adorable. It is so cruel to throw him in the trash bin. If he did not cry loud enough, OMG, he would be thrown into the trash truck and crushed. I just can't imagine what will happen to him. Poor puppy. Thank God he was saved in time. Many thanks to the people who saved him. You will be blessed.

Just some Random Banana With internet access I was thinking that too. It didn’t look like there was lots of trash to cushion him. It was some way down, considering his bones are still not fully developed. And since it is in such a confined space in the bag it would have not had much space to move.

kate, as awful as it looks like, this is not the work of a mentally disturbed person. a lot of individuals do this stuff everyday and everywhere, and they're not remotely challenged or disturbed; they're just regular people who happen to be shallow and selfish enough to commit horrible acts like this. i only hope they get the proper payback.

This beautiful puppy seems to have "swimmer syndrome" a condition that causes their legs to splay out to the sides and renders them unable to stand or walk. This condition is fully treatable by using massage and therapy techniques to manipulate the muscles into the correct position. Whoever did this to the puppy is totally evil and should be jailed.

same here in mexico. even when there's a lot of animal help centers (and almost everyone is run by normal people) the government and police would never investigate an animal violence act. which is really sad. watching this show amazed me everytime. the care, the hospitals, the people who care for the helpless animals. thanks god for them and their noble hearts.

My mom also found two puppies in the exact situation when she was younger. I’m glad to say they lived the rest of their lives happily in the care of my grandparents, uncle, and my mother. I wish I could’ve seen them.

Korea is probably the only country where if they find dead animals they take the time to investigate and ask people and make sure they didn’t die and no one would care about it. I have seen other people from different countries that are ‘saving’ dogs and cats but if they see a dead animal on the street they point it out and walk straight past it. He has the swimming puppy disease. May be his owner dumped him in the trash because of that. With time, love hydro and physical therapy he will run normally. Never underestimate dog capacity to overcome and recover from disease.
Maybe not because he has a disability because the same breed of dogs also got thrown and as they said it a high chance the same person did it
Education is vital. Teach them dogs are human unlike others. If they can not afford puppies then sterilize them to avoid unwanted pregnancies.In case puppies are born, surrender them to animal adoption agency.

@Katrina Kessler This is not one of those channels. You should definitely watch the rest of their channel. They have made multiple arrests for cruelty to animals. I know what kind of channels you are talking about and these are far from it. Those are videos full of people just 'finding' animals and immediately rescuing them and that's it, only to find a puppy the next week.
On this channel, its always different people, different animals and they are always helped and treated immediately by various vets. I feel that maybe you left this comment as a copy/paste without actually watching any of their videos.
@Katrina Kessler You should also know that this is only on CZcams to get them more views. This is a fully produced television show in South Korea and some of the people who adopt these animals are even TV / K pop stars. I just took a look at your CZcams page and I see you have some of the other types of videos I mentioned listed there, so it seems maybe you just recently learned about this.
Be careful who you actually decide to attack like this and make sure you actually research before making baseless assumptions. Spreading misinformation gets peoples and groups hurt. By all means report those other videos, and I do it as well.

This channel is a South Korean Rescue Organization sponsored and telecast on SBS Television in Korea. They are well-known for fighting for animal rigjts in Korea... and they often work with the authorities to hunt down animal abusers.
There are fake channels out there... but this is NOT one of them!!
