🌴Ingredients
5 chicken breast
1/2 sweet peppers
1 stalks scallions
1 tbsp fresh thyme
3 cloves garlic
1 medium tomato
1/2 onion
1/2 carrot
3 tbsp wet jerk season
3 1/2 cups Basmati rice
2 1/2 cups warm water
1 Tbsp unsalted butter
🌸Seasoning
1 Tbsp jerk powder season
2 Tsp chicken season
1 Tbsp all purpose season
1 Tsp black pepper
1 Tbsp paprika
2 tsp garlic powder
2 tsp browning
1/2 salt
🌼Sauce
1 Tsp unsalted butter
2 Tbsp honey
1/2 Tsp wet jerk season
2 Tbsp ketchup
1/2 Tsp browning
Brow chicken for 3 minutes on each side
Cook for 1 hour and 20 minutes on 150 degrees Celsius

Hi Jody! In the description you say to put it in the oven for 35 minutes but later in the video you say the pot has been in the oven for 1 hr and 20 min. Which one should I do?
Hi hun your right I made a mistake in the description it’s 1 hour and 20 minutes👍🏾 once your rice is soft you will know that’s it’s done. Thanks for watching hope you enjoy it❤️🙏🏾
