Dazai's ability IS tyhe best of them all, BUUUUUT, if it is on a fight, Chuuya still wins, he has the strenght of 100 men (or more if I'm not wrong) so even if Dazai can take down his ability, it don't matter since Chuuya's martial arts are better and he is stronger physically (DAZAI'S FACE ON THE MANGA LOOKING AT THE WALL CHUUYA PUNCHED LIKE "imagine if it was me....")

2:25 Thank you! I completely understand why people hate Mori. It's kind of hard not to. However, personally, I'm neutral. His character is incredibly well written despite him being a horrible person in general. The pedo part definetely didn't do him any favors, but I've read some analysis on his character as to why he could be like this and why it's a possibly that Mori hurt Dazai and Yosano.
Of course, it's all just theories. Nothing has been comfirmed in canon. :)
