Kingdom Come Deliverance has gotta be the number 1. Im sorry but the attention to detail in that is out of this world. It's as realistic a sim / experience as it can get. The combat is difficult but manageable, yes i hate how hard it is, but it's rewarding.

The game is really good but there is no offline game where the battle is really difficult.

Happy to see the list include KINGDOMS. Such a gem of an experience. No game is truly like it, watching an empty world get populated and developed in real time is something I'll never forget. It's definitely rough but oh so worth it.

У меня тоже самое.)) Уютно себя в нём чувствую, словно у себя в деревне. Часто перепрохожу. Детективный сюжет, великолепная музыка, интересная боёвка. Вторая часть и близко не стоит с первой частью своей казуальностью. Я одинаково сильно люблю первого ведьмака и первую часть risen.

Witcher 3 is my favorite medieval fantasy game and also favorite video game of all time. You instantly fall in love with Geralt and most quests have a great story on its own. The type of sidequests that Witcher 3 has no one else came close to in terms of storytelling. You don’t have to know about the Witcher beforehand but it will make you a fan of the series.
I started with the games, now I've collected all of the books 😂

In Gothic 3 I felt the most freedom. Skyrim is good but it has that carry weight limit which is a pain in the ass often.
If it's an option, I always mod out any weight limits in games. Fortunately skyrim's one of the most modable games out there.
@@SirConto They are different approaches. In Gothic there is no respawn for items. You take once whatever you find. In Skyrim you have to choose what you take with you. So it has to be a limit in Skyrim otherwise soon you will have with you thousands of items.
I do not mod Skyrim that way. I play it as it is. Put points in Stamina and make stuff with fortify carry weight (and still you will be encumbered often haha).
Gothic was by far the bet rpg azt that moment and still the mechanics are one of the best. Indeed many bugs where there but it didnt kept me from playing it. i wass very disipointyed that thay made the 4 with a other studio and that it never came back!

Didn't know about Giants Uprising and it looked like fun. It seems it's still in Early Access. Too bad, I don't see the point in buying early access games. But I will buy it when (if) it comes out and it's polished enough. As of right now it seems it's a long way from that.

I think that only first part of assassin's creed and valhalla are from medieval time..my favourite is odyssey that are before that time, time of antic Greece.

Tbh, witche 2 feels more medieval than 3. TW3 feels like a magical world with lots of monsters and beasts. TW2 also have these but the story is heavily dependent on kings and their lands. There are lots of politics going on that often becomes frustrating for new players. 2-3 races all engaged in war with humans and the humans are fighting among themselves.

Small detail that I found hilarious was the comment on Black Desert's community "really mature" my first hour in the game was "maturely" adorned with most people talking about their character's breasts are huge and their real life shlong was massive and other stuff in the like.

Well, you have medieval fantasy games like Elden Ring, which are medieval in the sense of swords, shields, a mount (a silly goat), armor and castles. Beyond that, yeah it's fantasy :D
