- Our Dollhouse "Renovations" Are Complete!
As many of you know, when we renovated our office earlier this year, we also sent our much loved Dollhouse out for refurbishing.
Rob, over at The Little Dollhouse Company worked tirelessly to complete the project which included: exterior painting, replacing some windows, rewiring the electrical system, installing new light fixtures, putting down new "broadloom" and installing new wallpaper, baseboards and crown moulding.
The house is finally back home in our window at 1536 Bayview Avenue, proudly on display for everyone to view. Here are some photos of the new look. Be sure to have a look in the attic....it seems that some new "residents" moved in over the summer! ;-)

How lovely! Love the dolls & animals too
I love this beautiful dollhouse. People find on old one and just throw it away. I loved playing with mine when I was little, it was so much fun. My sister threw it away when we moved to another state and I was visiting my grandmother. If I still had it I would probably play with it still!

Thank you! 😀 Yes, it was a kit purchased at Toronto's "Little Dollhouse Company" in 1981. It was called Victoria Country Manor, Limited Edition.
@@BonnieByfordRE ok thank you. I've just recently heard of that company and went to their site. They offered free shipping to the US too, out of a new York location, to avoid duties, and I think free shipping to Canadians.
