샘들 설명에 조금만 추가 한다면, NP specialty에 따라서 Credit이 달라서 모든 NP 과정이 대략 40 학점정도라고 보면 안됩니다. 예로 전 Psychiatry 를 둘었는데 61학점을 이수했구요, 백퍼 온라인 수업을 둘었는데 실습할때 온라인학생이라서 안받아준다던지 그런거 전혀없었습니다. 미국은 철저히 라이센스가 있느냐 없느냐 졸업장이 있느냐 없느냐가 중요합니다. 취업 할때도 어디 학교 나왔는지 전혀 물어보지도 않구요. 단지 무슨 과목을 전공을 할것 인지가 정말 중요한것 같아요. 전 라이센스 따고 바로 취업했고 아직도 여기저기서 Job offer가 엄청 많이 오고 있구요. FNP 보다는 PMHNP가 페이는 좀 더 셉니다. State마다 그리고 specialty에 따라서 학비나 학점이 다를 수 있으나 온라인이라서 차별받는 건 없다는 점 알려드리고 싶어서 댓글달았습니다. 열공하시고 좋은 결과 있으시길 바랍니다.

I would avoid mentioning particular online NP programs like that because one of my colleagues from there currently works as an excellent NP in the Methodist system here in Houston, and there are also excellent Online NP programs like Baylor, UTMB, UTA, or even Duke and it might be NPs from those programs will be your co-workers in the future. Those are Online NP programs, and NP students should figure out the clinical rotations even though NP schools have substantial affiliations here in Texas. For the job security as an NP? First, you need good connections for NP job opportunities, and you can utilize those chances when you do your clinical rotations; second, you should know exactly what you're doing as an NP. For instance, you should know in detail the mechanisms of each medication and pathophysiology and medical devices such as ECMO, LVED, and Impella. If you are working at the HFICU, for example, what are the mechanisms of milrinone, what is the pathophysiology of each cardiomyopathy, what is the mean of V pressure negative 200 in ECMO, why LVD patients are having right side HF, etc. Then you are good to go. So, You will see some stupid NPs, and freaking smart NPs as well. The main reason to distinguish factors between those two of them is that from your clinical experiences, for example, if you are being exposed to a more critical situation and actively involved in and learn from those and grow up as an experienced NP, then you will be a smart NP within 2 years. The other aspect that should be considered about the NP program is that they are pretty much standardized nationwide. For example, NP programs in Upenn and Walden are same, and they are taking the same national board and then becoming qualified NPs in the US. RNs, and NPs are totally different stories. It is what it is.

호주 중소사립병원 외과 RN 인데 너무 잘 들었습니다… 미국 NP 해보고싶은 마음은 있지만 정보도 너무 부족하고 좋다 나쁘다 얘기가 사람마다 달라서 고민이었는데 정리가 조금 되네요!! 뭔가 친한 간호사 누나들이 조곤조곤 얘기해주는것 같아서 참 좋습니다!
