A witness recorded a video showing when a cargo ship sideswiped a barrier attached to a bridge in Miami connecting the Brickell neighborhood with Downtown.
There’s only 4 tug boats that operate in the Miami river. And they are not very good at their job. Antellian marine shipping corp should be investigated and their tugs should follow the water way laws more closely.

In Miami, on the Miami River is a thing called the Brickell bridge. Are these reporters imports from NY or do they just not know their community.
