Made this dessert with my family today! Was fun and tastes great. Makes us miss the islands, but waiting for this crisis to end before visiting again. No one should be heading there and putting others in danger, keep the islands for generations to come!

Haupia is our favorite Hawaiian dessert! We just so happen to have coconut milk on hand and will be making it tomorrow. Will try using Stevia instead of sugar. Since it is more concentrated will use a smaller amount than sugar. Might take some future adjustment in order to achieve the desired sweetness. Appreciate the video! Enjoyable as usual! My favorite mocktail! I only do that mixture when I'm in Kauai. It's special to me like Kauai! Great job making the Haupia!

We love Haupia!!! We will be there in mid April is there anything you guys would like from Alaska or North Pole Alaska? We live 13 minutes from the Santa Claus House. Thanks, too, for and all the great things you point out to us in your videos, like how to properly pronounce Hawaiian town names! Can you please tell me the name of the beautiful road (and the section of that road) at 1:09? Keep up the great work!
Thank you for watching Anthony! That road is Maluhia Road (aka tunnel of trees). This is the section coming out of Koloa town going toward the S curves.
Love haupia, Love anything coconut! Great idea pronouncing town names from the west to the south, keep it up going around the island :-) appreciate the correction on Po’ipu . What about pronouncing Kaua’i or Kauai?
Safeway is always expensive, I normally shop at a local independent grocer.

Aloha Sylwia! Thank you for watching! I'm not sure I can answer that question for you. You have to do what you feel most comfortable with. I can tell you this, I don't feel worried living here like I would if I was in a place like Seattle. That's not to say that it won't come here or that people here won't get it.
