Amazon KDP vs Audible ACX - Which One Is Best In 2023?

In this video, I compare and contrast Amazon KDP and Audible ACX. Both platforms present enormous opportunity to this day and make for great places to start your online publishing business. This video should help you get a better understand for the two so you can make your decision.
One other important thing I left out was the payment structure for these platforms. KDP pays 60 days after an earnings period (1 month) and ACX pays 30 days after an earnings period (1 month). Something important to note.

So Many banned accounts, so with my LLC I use Findaway, Authors and Draft3Digital
This delay is definitely the worst part about KDP since it can mess with your cashflow, especially when ads are invoiced at least every month

I'm considering doing an audiobook I guess it's ACX but what type of market is there not even sure? I've gotten quotes on Fiverr and a couple I like the most are still $850. Can I sell a nuff audiobooks to recoup? I still need to do a ton of research

ACX
Less competition (only, US, UK, Canada), no ads (you can't even advertise your ACX ASIN on Amazon via AMS), can create social media marketing to draw attention to your audiobooks, still a larger investment that most won't do, still can make ~$350-$500 net/book/month
If your niche is full of heavy hitters with massive AMS budgets, your KDP gross is going to have +50% towards AMS and reduce your net income dramatically.
Most publishers still don't go the ACX/audiobook route, and still focus on KDP/eBook, Paperback, Hardcover. I'm speaking about non-fiction.

My Audiobook sales have dropped since my account got flagged and can not use promo codes anymore. However I started another ACX account recently which I publish 16hr bundle, which rarely generate a sale. In 2020 it was super easy to get sales even without promocodes and reviews. Audible seems to have so much competition now.

I recently started to publishing a book on kdp.
But I didn't publish it. (Due to some modifications)
Previously I had given it a Title & Subtitle (*I have not published the book).
I had saved it as a draft.
But now I want to edit the Title & Subtitle.
Is it okay to edit Title & Subtitle at this moment?
(Practically I can edit the Title & Subtitle just by clicking that text box. I am worried is it against the amazon guidelines to change the Title & Subtitle at this moment)

My ebook on kdp is under kdp select, can i publish audio book of same book on ACX? I am asking because it is enroll in kdp select so can it be on ACX as we cannot upload book somewhere else when enrolled in kdp.
yes, just can't publish or distribute your ebook anywhere outside of kdp
when you mentioned audible ads is separate from KDP's ads, but when I search for a specific book, Amazon gave me options to buy in audible, paperback, kindle and etc... if I promote using Amazon's ads for paperback/kindle versions, do I still need to pay ads for audible?
