For a definition of bad faith I would say look at the "debate" between Rippaverse and OC. OC's entire attitude during that debate, and denying saying words he said less than a minute ago, this is bad faith. OC doing a reaction video on a video he's not going to fully watch is bad faith, just cherry pick what he wants to try to spin the narrative he wants, this is bad faith. The title of the EFAP video is more like clickbait than bad faith, but as the actual video shows how Chris Stuckman used to be vs how he is now, exploring how a man changed for the sake of trying to accomplish something, i.e. get into making movies, and assassinating himself because he lots subscribers and support becoming a movie reviewer who won't offer any criticism about movies.
And also, by way i might be wrong with Spider-Man, is more of a copyright thing. And what i heard in that universe, Miles Morales and Spider-Woman will be in proudcation because it not just the villains. Again i not a lawyer but what i heard. Is a copyright with Marvel and Disney. And sony own this and that. Sony owns some side Spider-Man character but not Spider-Man himself because they give back to Marvel. And so on.
