- Is any of this for real, or not? Yeah, so we don't really understand what's going on here, but we are obligated as Kingdom Hearts fans to pog at this trailer. Fortunately, we have a great sense of humor that definitely isn't an acquired taste, and we used that to cover up how horribly confused we were by the trailer. We love erasable stories! Not really into mobile games but this one looks like it’s definitely worth trying
Thought id clear up some confusions
Game play wise you have few things going ill start with GPS and areas you'll play in.
In the GPS mode which is what the astral plane is seems to have the top down view as well as a more traditional close 3rd person view making the buildings more accurate sizes and you'll be fighting and collecting things in a steampunk style map based on your current location, but whats cool is that is optional and you can explore that map without touching grass! but it expends points to do so.
Next you have the hub world which is the beautiful Scala ad Caelum. It Looks like you'll be able to battle, shop, meet new characters and customize your own character here among other things to do with the story
finally the Disney Aspect of the game which is the most unknown but so far i have only seen battling heartless in those areas
As for story i cant go into as it will spoil Union X. It does take place within the main timeline between Dark road and union X and the unwritten and forgotten stuff pertains is literal kinda like a blank area of history that wasn't recorded and eventually forgotten
Oh and there will be controller support
